Architectural Design

In our architectural design projects we start by creating a needs program tailored to the requirements, routines, habits and vision of each client. Once the needs program is established, we proceed to a site visit where the project will be carried out and perform the necessary analysis to understand the environment in which the project will be developed, we analyze solar trajectory, prevailing winds, land conformation, and views, among other aspects. With both the information of the client and the land, we start the preliminary project design, which once approved will go to construction plans and then to paperwork and construction. Atelier Vert is in charge of the complete process of design, construction plans (architecture and engineering), and paperwork, as well as the bidding process for construction and construction supervision.
