Sustainability Consulting

In addition to certifications, we offer sustainability consulting services for projects starting with preliminary studies. We work hand in hand with the design team, analyzing the site studies, establishing guidelines to follow in the design, establishing passive and active strategies to follow according to what is to be achieved in each project, and accompanying the team throughout the process. In the construction stage, we work with the construction companies, establishing a checklist of points to be fulfilled, according to what is to be achieved with each project, and performing periodic inspections to ensure compliance.

This service includes:

- Project analysis with the design team to determine sustainability goals.

- A site visit will be made and climate studies will be analyzed to define which particular elements of the site can be used in favor of the project.

- To develop a list of strategies to follow to meet these goals, using different certification systems as a basis, even if no certification will be used. Also consider passive design strategies that can be implemented and work in favor of the project goals.

- Work with the design team to define the best way to implement the strategies.

- To develop documentation to support the strategies used, and what makes the project to be sustainable.

- Accompany the team throughout the design and construction process to provide necessary support
