Our client bought Casa 219 in 2023 and contacted us to remodel and renew the house, which had a previous remodel in which a new building was added to the front of the house, this new modern building had a completely different look than the original house which had a colonial style. Our mission in this project was to unify the style of the entire house, making it more modern, adding a guest bedroom, new covered parking spaces, and an outdoor terrace. For this project we selected all new finishes, remodeled all bathrooms, changing tiles, sinks, faucets, toilets, showers and vanity designs, selected new windowframes, and lighting, and redesigned the kitchen.
